When should I arrive for my appointment?
We kindly request that you arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. This allows you to check in, enjoy a complimentary beverage, and transition into a relaxed state of mind before your service begins.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require a minimum of 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment without penalty. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee to compensate our artists for their reserved time.
How should I prepare for a chemical treatment?
Please arrive with unwashed hair (1-2 days is ideal) as natural oils help protect the scalp. Mention any previous color history or chemical treatments to your stylist during consultation for optimal and safe results.
Do you offer complimentary consultations?
Yes, we offer complimentary 15-minute consultations for all new color and extension clients. This ensures our artists understand your exact vision and can properly evaluate the integrity of your hair before proceeding.
